The tender process for the following cooperating regions/municipalities is being implemented for this competition: Lillehammer region 3:1 (Lillehammer, Gausdal and Øyer municipalities) Midt Gudbrandsdal (Ringebu, Sør Fron and Nord Fron municipalities) Nord Gudbrandsdal (Sel, Vågå, Lom, Sjåk, Lesja and Dovre municipalities) A cooperation will be established/formalised through the host municipality model for these 3 regions/municipalities. Lillehammer municipality, on behalf of the co-operating regions/municipalities, will be the owner of each of the agreements. The procurement gis lillehammerregionen and Gudbrandsdal shall be carried out as a result of a joint cooperation between the "GIS cooperations" in the Lillehammer region, Midt-Gudbrandsdalen and Nord-Gudbrandsdalen, a total of 12 municipalities. 3 contracts shall mainly be established with the necessary need coverage within the categories ACCESS and MANAGEMENT, the Contracting Authority is, however, subject to the following contract terms: An agreement shall be established for the CATEGORIES ACCESS and MANAGEMENT for each of the procurement cooperations or an agreement for each category, applicable for each of the cooperations Ikomm carries out the tender process and facilities entered into for the 3 mentioned cooperations. A contract for the 3:1 co-operation in the Lillehammer region, with Lillehammer municipality as the contract owner. An agreement for Midt Gudbrandsdal, with Nord Fron municipality as the contract owner. An agreement for Nord Gudbrandsdal, with Sel municipality as the contract owner. Each cooperation shall enter into agreement approval and signing. Lillehammer municipality, in cooperation with Ikomm, manages all signed contracts The contract is subject to the addition of need coverage for water and sewage and maps/surveying.
