The contracting authority for this procurement is Ikomm AS. Ikomm is a municipally owned company that operates and manages the owner municipalities ́ IT systems. At the time of this notice, Ikomm is owned by: Lillehammer municipality, Gausdal municipality, Øyer municipality, Indre Østfold municipality, Våler municipality, Nesodden municipality, Østre Toten municipality, Frogn municipality, Vestby municipality, Ås municipality, Ås municipality New municipalities can come as owners and start receiving services from Ikomm during the scheme period and can, thus, be the recipients of goods and services procured at each competition. Ikomm intends to use this prior information notice to establish a dynamic procurement scheme for welfare technology that shall cover the owner municipalities ́needs. The competition will be published autumn 2024 Welfare technology means first and foremost technological assistance that contributes to increased security, security, social participation, mobility and physical and cultural activity, and strengthens the individual's ability to manage themselves in everyday life despite illness and social, mentally or physically reduced functional abilities. Welfare technology can also function as technological support for relatives and otherwise contribute to improve availability, resource utilisation and quality of the service offer. (NOU 2011:11) It is voluntary for Ikomm ́s owner municipalities to use the scheme. The scheme will consist of several categories and tenderers must qualify within the individual categories of the scheme. The requirement for relevant experience will have different content, depending on which category the tenderer is looking to be qualified for. See the attached descriptions for each category. The scheme will last until 31.12.2035, 12:00.
