Sub-competition for Plumbing services in South TromsThis contract is covered by the buildings stated in Annex 2 - Organisation Overview - South TromsService delivery including all the necessary ongoing plumbing services connected to operation, maintenance, troubleshooting and minor improvements in the existing county building and for county dental services that can be carried out continuously without project organisation. The estimated value for this sub-area is a turnover of NOK 4,800,000 excluding VAT per annum The Contracting Authority would like to point out great uncertainty connected to the value of the framework agreement. Political guidelines can change the extent of development/renovation projects in the short and long term. Tenderers must therefore be aware that the use of the contract can be considerably less than the limit.
