The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency invites tenderers to submit tenders for a negotiated procedure (two stage procedures), for the following services/projects: The project includes new buildings at Haakonsvern, with added outdoor work. Further details on the project are in the tender documentation. The project includes the construction of a new building at Haakonsvern. The building is approx. 500 m2, made of solid wood. The contract is a general contract. The general contractor will be responsible for all disciplines. The assignment is graded, it is a requirement that the work must be security-appropriate in order to get security clearance and be certified before the work starts. The contract contains options for outdoor works, which include various securing measures. Furthermore, it is a requirement that the tenderer must be Norwegian companies or companies from countries/countries that Norway have security political cooperation with.
