The contracting authority requires 2 waste collection vehicles with rear-loader superstructures for use in narrow and steep roads in Tromsø. The vehicles will be used year-round and must therefore be adapted to Arctic climate and conditions. The vehicles should be lower, lighter, and narrower than traditional 2- and 3-axle waste collection vehicles.
