The competition is for a contract for the provision of banking services. The competition does not include loans, but the municipalities shall have the possibility of case credit. The following participants in this agreement (joint procurement party) - hereafter called the customer: Lier municipality. - Modum municipality (option) - Øvre Eiker municipality Notodden municipality. - Kongsberg municipality Hole municipality (option from 04/26). - Krødsherad municipality (option) - Nesbyen municipality (option) Nore and Uvdal municipalities Sigdal municipality Rollag municipality - Flesberg municipality - Hjartdal municipality (option) The procurement ́s value is estimated to be above the EEA threshold. The balance per 30.06.24 for the participating municipalities is a total of approx. The number varies and the customer reserves the right to change the balance during the contract period without affecting costs/interest margins, and that profit liquidity can be placed in another way outside the main bank. The transaction costs are estimated to nok 2,100,000 excluding VAT per annum. The volume is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority. The need is uncertain. The volume can vary both up and down and the contract period will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority ́s needs, activities, budgetary situations and other framework factors.
