Alver municipality needs a framework agreement for catering. Catering is here meant food that shall be offered in normal meetings managed by the municipality, for all of the municipality ́s departments and units. The meeting food in question shall be seen as standard meeting food. Annex 4a contains a list of food that shall be offered under the contract. The contracting authority shall be able to procure products from the tenderer ́s other assortment. The competition is reserved for companies or entities that mainly intend to integrate disabled or disadvantaged persons in working life, cf. the procurement regulations § 16-9.The deadline for questions is set for 25 September 2024 due to the liquidation of the autumn holiday. All questions must be submitted by the deadline, so that there is sufficient time for the contracting authority to provide answers before the autumn break and ahead of the tender deadline.
