The competition is for the delivery of Ladeinfrastruktur. The contracting authority and the participating municipalities shall facilitate all new passenger cars and goods vans to run on renewable fuel or be chargeable hybrids. This agreement shall cover the need for charging in public places and for charging service vehicles. The objective of the procurement is to facilitate a general system for charging infrastructure for the participating municipalities. In addition emphasis will be put on the contract saving, effective and that innovation and possibilities for new and better systems shall be opened in the contract period. If the contracting authority would like to procure charging stations that are not described in the needs description, the contracting authority can ask the tenderer or others to deliver the product. Pricing will be as agreed with the contracting authority and equivalent contract terms as for the remaining contract. The contracting authority will be free to use the tender. In this framework agreement, the following participants (joint purchasing party) - hereafter called the customer: Lier municipality. - Ringerike municipality. - Modum municipality (option) - Øvre Eiker municipality Krødsherad municipality Hole municipality Ål municipality. - Rollag municipality (option) The estimated annual value is NOK 2,000,000 excluding VAT and the maximum value for the entire contract period is estimated to: NOK 10,000,000 excluding VAT, i.e. above the EEA threshold value.
