Framework agreement with one LSP supplier/dealer of software licences in the contract period. Purchase/hire of licences, maintenance, supplementing, administration, management and consultancy etc. the Contracting Authority reserves the right to confess to the LSP provider during the contract period in accordance with Microsoft ́s provisions on the change of LSP. New tenderers will take over all supplier responsibility for the requested services from when the contract is signed. This also includes annual maintenance costs for previously purchased licences/services from Microsoft, as well as the need for new/other licences or services from Microsoft. Date of renewal of licences during the agreement period: Microsoft: 1. 1 December 2024Google school (Option): 21 June 2026Google politicians: (Option) 1 September 2026Adobe: 1 June 2025Veeam: January 2025Parallels (Option): 22 November 2024 The contracting authority does not set out that tenderers shall be able to deliver on the listed options. If the chosen tenderer can deliver the listed licences, the option will be taken up if the parties reach agreement on the terms. Alternatively a separate competition will be prepared in 2026. See the procurement documents for further information. If tenderers have input on the competition documents or discover errors, the contracting authority requests immediate feedback.
