There is an ongoing need to increase the competence of risk management for employees in the agency. Demand for courses varies slightly, but at times with high demand it will be relevant to arrange internal company courses with external lecturers from certified suppliers. In addition there is a need to send employees on open courses at the supplier. The courses shall provide an option to certify themselves as a Risk Manager. As a certificate is only valid for three years, there is also a need to include the following refresher courses for re-certification. Not everyone needs certification or the in-depth competence a certification course covers, so an introductory course should also be included in the contract.
