The customer’s purpose with the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement and a maintenance agreement. The maintenance agreement includes maintenance/support of new equipment that is called off under the framework agreement, as well as maintenance/support of all equipment in the customer’s existing access network. The framework agreement will enable supplementary purchases of network equipment with associated software for the Tax Administration’s office locations (access points, switches, routers, network management systems, etc.). The framework agreement also includes the purchase of consulting services, e.g., tasks to perform coverage measurements, set up networks in new offices, etc. See the competition rules with attachments for further information.
