The contracting authority shall enter into two framework agreements within two separate sub-areas that include: Sub area 1 - Traffic measurement and troubleshooting - Netscout Sub area 2 Traffic Surveying and Troubleshooting - Keysight The objective of the procurement is to ensure the contracting authority the right to procure further specified goods, software maintenance and consultancy services on economic favourable terms. Further information on the contracting authority ́s terms, requirements and prerequisites for the procurement is given in the tender documentation ́s annex.
