2025 - Framework agreement for cleaning services

Trondheim municipality, c/o Trondheim eiendom, hereafter called the Contracting Authority, invites tenderers to an open tender contest for a framework agreement for cleaning services for the municipality's entities. This tender documentation applies to sub-contract 1 - Construction and maintenance projects, as well as moving cleaning. The aim of the procurement is to cover the Contracting Authority's need for cleaning services within moving out cleaning of municipal flats, as well as building cleaning in accordance with building and maintenance projects. The assignment has a large variation in assignment types, and can vary from clearance to moving cleaning. Trondheim municipality has approx. 3,800 flats. The number of flats to be cleaned is approx. 700 per annum. This includes cleaning of floors, walls, ceilings and fixed fittings. Some assignments also require emptying of fixtures, white goods and sheds. This requires vehicles of a certain size to transport to a certified landfill site.
