The project consists of: CAT3 ME Life Safety Systems Heating Centre Replace existing plant room equipment in its entirety to include boiler, valves, pressurisation system, BMS and all associated electrical attendances. Element 56 Space Heating Existing Pipework Rads per 2004 area of works retained. Replace all existing pipework system of distribution and radiators throughout the school outside of this area. Building works Opening up works + reinstating, opes in structure + re-instating, removal of ceilings + reinstating Electrical Works Zone controls/wiring to thermostats and BMS wiring. Painting • On completion within areas of works Flooring Replacement of Flooring damaged as a result of the works
