The contracting authority shall enter into a framework agreement within this area: Sub-area 2 - Traffic Measurement and Troubleshooting - Keysight The objective of the procurement is to ensure the contracting authority the right to purchase further specified goods, software maintenance and consultancy services on economic favourable terms. Further information on the contracting authority ́s terms, requirements and prerequisites for the procurement is given in the tender documentation ́s annex. The procurement ́s estimated total financial extent, including options, is estimated to be approx. NOK 4 million to NOK 9 million excluding VAT for sub-area 2. The estimates will not be binding for the contracting authority.
