22141 - LEVERING EN INSTALLATIE VAN EEN NANO LC

Description du marché

The delivery and installation of a LC that is capable of running short gradient (10-20 minutes) on a nano to capillary scale (100-400 nl/min to 1 µl/min). The system should be built to limit carry-over between samples, by using disposable pre-columns, and should have short duty cycle. Our aim is to be able to run at least 30 samples a day with at least a 30 minute gradient/sample. The target budget of this purchase is € 100.000 (incl. VAT). This is no strict maximum and note that price remains one of the award criteria. Very important and crucial: The nano LC system must be fully integrable with the Bruker TIMS-TOF SCP version, to enable deeper proteome coverage, making the platform the ideal choice when analyzing low sample amounts, e.g. single cell analysis. For the necessary optimal use, operation of the system must be fully integrated in the software of the Bruker TIMS-TOF scp mass spectrometer.
