The competition is for the provision of consultancy services within employee and management development and organisation development and continual improvement for UNE. The procurement ́s annual value is estimated to: NOK 1,400,000 excluding VAT. The maximum value for the entire contract period, including any options and expected price rise: NOK 6,000,000 excluding VAT. The need is uncertain. The volume can vary both up and down and the contract period will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority ́s needs, activities, budgetary situations and other framework factors. This competition is limited to the following ongoing contract areas in UNE: - UNE has an agreement for company health services that offers support calls for employees and managers. - UNE's director has a separate coaching contract, and other managers in the company can, from time to time, have such. - UNE has a contract for legal services. UNE has an agreement for implementation and subsequent follow-up of employee surveys where we have 1 possible options left. The agreement also includes a digital tool for implementation.
