A tender contest for parallel framework agreements for the delivery of 24 hour health and welfare services for children and youths with reduced functional abilities. Drammen municipality procures services on the framework agreement in cases where the municipality cannot offer the service itself, either because it is not an established offer in the municipality, or because we have a short-term lack of service. The aim of the procurement of 24 hour health and welfare services is that the child shall be returned to the municipality ́s services. Each procurement is therefore for a time-limited period.
