Gas Networks Ireland (GNI) is establishing a Qualification System for the provision of engineering services for a Strategic Gas Emergency Reserve (SGER). The project is the delivery of the optimum solution for a SGER. Applicants can apply for qualification for the following lots: Lot 1: Front-end Engineering Design (FEED), Lot 2: Client Partner, and Lot 3: Engineering Peer Review and Specialist Technical Advisor. Lot 2: Client Partner (Client Engineer) Applicants interested in applying for Lot 2: Client Partner should note that GNI have issued a revised QSQ criteria for this lot. The revised QSQ includes amended criteria at section 5.7 (Resources) and section 5.8 (Experience). The revised criteria are included in ‘24_026 - Front-end Engineering Design (FEED), Client Partner, and Engineering Peer Review and Specialist Technical Advisor for Strategic Gas Emergency Reserve Qualification System Questionnaire (Rev 2)’ as published by GNI on eTenders (CfT Resource ID: 4353205) GNI intends to issue a Call for Competition to the Qualified Applicants on lot 2 in February 2025 to procure a Client Partner for the SGER. We invite Applicants interested in participating in this Call for Competition to qualify for admission to lot 2. Interested Applicants for lot 2 must submit their completed QSQ through the eTenders system not later than 12:00hrs (local time) on 23 January 2025 unless amended by way of clarification. Further details on submissions are included in ‘Particular B: Submission of QSQ Response’ of the 24/026 QSQ. Queries/ requests for clarifications must be submitted through the eTenders system not later than 12:00 hours (local time) on 16 January 2025, unless amended by way of clarification.
