The competition is for the delivery of central processing automation, framework agreement. The framework agreement includes services connected to Central Processing building automation and materials. The service includes contracts for new central processing plants with engineering design services, where this is not a part of major contracts, as well as service for existing facilities including used materials to the Contracting Authority's entities. Asker municipality has approx. 714,000 m2 distributed across all locations. The chosen tenderer will, if contracts in Asker municipality, hold a competition after a waterfall, or mini-competitions within this discipline. Transport of resources in accordance with the framework agreement will occur to the contractor, depending on the type of contract. Asker municipality reserves the right not to use the framework agreement where there are special needs, particularly for technical systems or projects that are assessed as best suited to run as separate procurements. The procurement ́s value is estimated to: NOK 5,000,000 excluding VAT per annum. The maximum value for the entire contract period, including any options and expected price rise: NOK 25,000,000 excluding VAT. The need is uncertain. The volume can vary both up and down and the contract period will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority ́s needs, activities, budgetary situations and other framework factors.
