2410 - Provision of an Identity Protection Solution

An Post is seeking an Identity Protection Solution that meets stringent requirements for compatibility, encryption, authentication, real-time monitoring, automated response, integration with existing security tools, scalability, reporting, and agent-less deployment. The solution must also address operational needs such as user education, policy management, and customer support. Additionally, it must comply with regulatory and compliance requirements, including certification with relevant regulations and standards, data privacy, and audit trails. The Contract, the subject of this competition is a Contract for 36 months (3) years with an option for one or more extensions by up to 24 months (2) years, at AN POST’s discretion, up to a maximum duration of 60 months (5 ) years subject to the terms and conditions of the Contract.
