The competition is for the delivery of a feasibility study - parallel assignments. The main aim of the parallel assignment is to get input on solution proposals that show how the area, from Tollboden in the north – on both sides of the Channel – to Kleberget in the south, on its native terms, can be developed with a comprehensive urban structure and as a living urban area. Ideas and proposals that come through the parallel assignment will be part of the knowledge basis to revise the centre plan and clarify the overall frameworks and terms that must be used to ensure a successful development of the area over time and in the correct order. An important premise is therefore to highlight the plan grips – final and temporary – that create a gradual/gradual alteration from what it is today until what it can and ought to be. The procurement ́s value is estimated to: NOK 2,400,000 excluding VAT, i.e. above the EEA threshold. The volume is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority. 1 tenderer will be chosen in each group, who each receives a fee of mine. 800.000,-.
