The framework agreement is for welfare and respite services connected to: - 24 hour welfare service for persons with mental disorders, including concomitant drug and alcohol problems. - 24 hour welfare service for persons with adaptation problems and challenging behaviour in social settings. - 24 hour welfare service for persons with multi-functional disabilities, physical disabilities, mental disabilities and autists. - Respite services for persons with adaptation problems and challenging behaviour in social settings, including reinforced primary and secondary school arenas. The aim of the contract is to regulate legal and practical conditions regarding the purchase of such services. The service shall provide a complete tender in the form of a residence with 24 hour care services, as well as relevant employment. The procurement ́s value is estimated to: NOK 30,000,000 excluding VAT per annum. The maximum value for the entire contract period, including any options and expected price rise: NOK 300,000,000 excluding VAT. The need is uncertain. The volume can vary both up and down and the contract period will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority ́s needs, activities, budgetary situations and other framework factors. The procedure stated in the notice's point IV.1.1 is incorrect.
