The requested consultancy services are divided into 2 sub-contracts (competence areas), and independent competitions will be held for each individual sub-contract (competence area). The sub-contracts (competence areas) are in the tender documentation. Under each sub-contract (competence area), a number of examples of disciplines that can naturally be heard under the area have been given. The examples are not exhaustive. The services shall mainly be carried out in Norwegian, but the contracting authority can, in each mini competition, open for assistance in other languages. The maximum value per lot (competence area) is 25% of the estimated total value.
