Brief drescripton of Lot 1 specifics: Provision of project controls support services to the IDD Project Controls Team as required, to drive performance in the project planning and delivery phases of the entire capital investment plan and accelerated growth fund, Maintaining accurate project spend forecasts in systems like Unifier and Copperleaf, Drive on-going continuous improvement of project controls processes within the Portfolio Office function, Support in the development of detailed costs analytics at project level to assist in more accurate forecasting and scheduling, Supporting training and development programmes in portfolio/programme management and forecasting, Supporting process development for identifying and mitigation of risk and realising programme opportunities, Conduct scenario analysis within IDD portfolio and programme levels to ensure optimised delivery of the Capital Investment Plan (CIP) and achievement of Outputs & Outcomes
