ASEMlab plans to procure the following equipment: One small scale mix: This equipment will be used to melt, mix and homogenise plastic materials to make materials for component testing and material characterisation in smaller volumes. The equipment shall be able to fit on a table and not take up too much space. A small scale spray casting set: This equipment will be used for casting plastic parts. It will be used to make prototypes and sample copies in small production series. The equipment shall be able to fit on a table without taking up too much space. We would like to be able to mix and inject various thermoplastic materials, also filled with filling substances or/and fibres. The two equipment parts shall be compatible and function well together. Tenders shall also include the costs connected to all the necessary equipment for installation, such as exhaust systems and other equipment for compliance with regulations and safe use. Tenders shall include costs for installation and training. The value of the procurement is calculated not to exceed 130,000 EUR excl.
