The competition is for a turnkey contract for the construction of 30 sheltered accommodation flats in a collective, in the project 'Hestvadet 2'. The value of the procurement is estimated to be above the EEA threshold. The volume is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority. See the procurement documents for further information. The contracting authority reserves the right to cancel the competition, i.a. in connection with budgetary coverage and political approval. The award is subject to a positive decision in Brønnøy municipal council. Political matters are planned to be presented in January 2025.
