5209081 TVS - Procurement of heat delivery

The contracting authority Tranby Varmesentral AS (hereafter called TVS or the contracting authority) invites tenderers to a competition for a contract for the delivery of green heating. The heat shall be delivered as water-borne heating for 20 years. The aim is to as soon as possible move to more environmentally friendly heat delivery, preferably by the heating season 2025. In addition to the requested delivery of heat, TVS wants tender offers on the purchase of 100% of the shares in TVS, at the same time that the tenderer's agreement on delivering renewable heat throughout the agreement period is in place. The option must be applied by the shareholders before three years have passed from the signing of the contract.
