OUS invites tenderers to a competition for the procurement of 6 Doctors microscopes for legal pathology for microscopes of tissue samples in routine operation, diagnostics and research. The microscopes shall be suitable for easily assessing structures such as cells (nuclei, cytoplasm) and connective tissue. The microscope shall be equipped with LED lights with good colour rendering and adequate light intensity for use with a discussion bridge, camera and polarisation contrast. There shall be room for 6 lenses on the microscope; All microscopes shall be delivered with a minimum of 3 lenses: One of the smallest enlargements (1/1.5x or 2/2.5x), 10x and 40x. The composition of the remaining lenses can vary between the different microscopes; both as to the number of lenses that shall be delivered to each microscope, as well as which enlargement(s) will be relevant. Details are in 77059 Annex 3 Requirement Specifications.Good ergonomics with great flexibility for ergonomic adaptations for different users are significant.
