The main objective of this assignment is to provide comprehensive technical support in the elaboration of the Mozambican NDC 3.0 covering the period from 2025 to 2035. The assignment includes the (1) supporting the elaboration of the NDC 3.0, (2) the preparation of key performance indicators as a base for future monitoring and reporting framework of the NDC, and (3) the provision of technical assistance advisory service including trainings to the Ministry of Land and Environment of Mozambique and other stakeholders on other NDC-related matters.
