GET.invest"s overall objective on the programme level is the "Private investment in clean energy and access to energy projects/companies in partner countries is mobilised." The contractor should be aware that the Finance Access Advisory consists of two well-established and proven facilities, named Finance Catalyst and Finance Readiness Support/ FRS. The purpose of this tender is to identify the best service providers (1 per lot) to further support and develop existing clients of the two facilities mentioned above that require specialised advisory in technical fields which are outside of the scope of the two facilities. During the inception phase, which will be prior to the actual work described below, the contractors will be responsible for a smooth connection to the existing facilities, as well as the adjustments to the services where applicable. Project Documentation Development/ PDD Work package 1: Preparation and planning of the assignment and kick-off meeting This task has the objective to review, research and analyse relevant information on the tender, the GET.invest program and the (potential) fields of expertise related to the assignment. Work package 2: Short-Term documentation This task has the objective to support the client"s project documentation to develop and provide exhaustive self-contained documentation and to respond to immediate project needs that can be accomplished with low-level LoE. Work package 3: Medium-Term documentation This task has the objective to support the client"s project documentation, to develop and provide exhaustive, self-contained documentation and to respond to project documentation needs that can be accomplished with medium-level LoE. Work package 4: Long-term Documentation This task has the objective to support the client"s project documentation, to develop and provide exhaustive, self-contained documentation with regard to mostly larger transactions (ideally, more than EUR 70m of total investment volume) for a limited number of clients for services that can be accomplished with a high-level LoE. Work package 5: PDD Clinic This task has the objective to support the client"s project documentation and to develop and provide exhaustive, self-contained documentation advisory to offer specialised guidance without necessarily submitting a written deliverable. Work package 6: Carbon Finance Advisory This task has the objective of supporting client"s project documentation and to develop and provide exhaustive, self-contained documentation advisory to offer specialised guidance or project documentation related to Carbon Finance that can be accomplished with allow-to-medium-level LoE. Work package 7: Knowledge Products (KP) These are insight papers, research documents, data analyses and visualisations, or case studies on topics relevant for the assignment. Recipients may be GET.invest contributors or the general financial sector. KPs can be for a specific country context or on a specific topic. The contractor is expected to provide inputs based on its expertise and qualification and also the insights gained and developed during this assignment and the work with the clients and partners based on additional input from the wider GET.invest work.
