8847 FourNorth Rail Line: Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy Services

The Dublin to Belfast corridor is part of the North Sea – Mediterranean (NSMED) Core Network Corridor that provides a link to the border with Northern Ireland. The FourNorth Project will assess the existing capacity on the line between Connolly and Malahide, the required capacity in the years ahead and identify a preferred option to address the constraints between Connolly and Malahide, on the northern border of the Dublin metropolitan area. IÉ are seeking to engage an experienced multi-disciplinary Consultant to fully execute Phase 1 and 2 and partially deliver Phase 3 services (Preliminary Design incl. Preliminary Design Study and Preliminary Business Case) of IÉ’s Project Management Procedures, using latest applicable guidance.
