The contract is for a framework agreement for the assembly of vehicles, containers and other things placed on public ground in Oslo. This involves passenger cars/combination cars, goods vans, buses/lorries, trailers/caravans, containers, MC/MO, el-scooters (ELS) and electric bicycles. There can also be some restoration from private ground. The restoration will be carried out on a 24 hour basis after orders from the Contracting Authority or another authorised body. Moving vehicles on street foundations will also be relevant during spring cleaning and winter operations/snow clearing. The framework agreement will be valid for 3 years, with an option for a further one year and it shall also cover the display of vehicles, containers and other things in the removal facility, as well as clearing the facility. The aim of the procurement is to contribute to increased safety, accessibility and availability in the Oslo traffic. Together with the chosen tenderer, the Contracting Authority will improve the quality of Oslo municipality ́s service production, as well as safeguard and develop the municipality ́s service profile.
