A Service Provider to provide design, supply, installation, management, and maintenance services for Digital Mobile Radio pursuant to a framework agreement. It is proposed that the framework will operate for a 3 year term with the option to extend for a further 2 years and may be extended for an additional 3 years.

It is proposed that the Contract will include (non-exhaustive list – high level scope): The supply and installation of DMR equipment for use in Generating and Trading (GT) stations and windfarms across the Republic of Ireland and the United Kingdom. The expansion of existing DMR systems for coverage and/or including ‘man down’ location functionality. Fully Managed service for the support, maintenance, repair of both new and existing DMR assets. Advise on appropriate upgrade paths for the overall DMR solution, to be agreed with the contracting entity; to include migration to cloud-based solutions and cyber security risk mitigation, as may be appropriate. Fully managed service for the scope, design, plan, build and implementation of project work, as instructed by the contracting entity; to include new works and enhancements of DMR systems. On-call/availability support for all DMR systems. Interchangeability and interoperability with the existing Base station and mobile radio equipment must be ensured and operable in the 456 – 462 MHz range. Equipment must be compatible with the existing Motorola DMR hardware and software applications. The contractor will be responsible for overall service, monitoring and associated SLAs, provided to the contracting entity.
