Nye Veier shall procure a tool for insight and to make building information available, models, scans, pictures, forms and digital drawings, and technical documentation in accordance with Nye Veier's requirements and standards. The tool shall also be used for analysing, verifying and validating data in the plan, development and operation. Furthermore, the tool shall function seamlessly with established systems in Nye Veier's portfolio. Novorender has already established integrations with Nye Veier's system portfolio, which consists of PIMS, Omega365, Boomi, UBW, Hexagon EAM, NVDB, and M-Files. This means that using another system will require comprehensive development work. In addition, Novorender meets the requirements for seamless information flow in Nye Veier's common data environment based on a powerful system engine with cloud-based rendering of unlimited-size models. Nye Veier has carried out separate surveys of the market and believes that there is a high probability that there is only one supplier who can provide a service in accordance with Nye Veier's needs, cf. the Public Procurement Regulations § 21-5. FOA § 13-4 b) no. 2: The procurement concerns services that only a particular supplier can deliver. Based on the contracting authority ́s (Nye Veier) surveys and knowledge of the market, it is the contracting authority ́s opinion that Novorender is the only supplier who can cover Nye Veier ́s needs. Nye Veier intends to enter into a contract with Novorender for the delivery of the software. The contract will at the earliest be signed after the expiry of 10 days calculated from the day after the date of this notice. Any objections to the signing of the contract must be submitted in writing as an email to anskaffelser@nyeveier.no at the latest 10 calendar days from the notice date. The contract will be valid for 3 years in addition to an option for an extension for 1+1 year. The estimated value of the agreement is NOK 21 million.
