Acquisition of training equipment, training rigs and container gyms/rigs

The Danish Ministry of Defence Acquisition and Logistics Organisation (DALO) is planning af future tender in connection with the acquisition of training equipment, training rigs and container gyms/rigs. In connection with the acquisition, DALO would like to enter into a dialogue with the market so DALO can obtain information about the possibilities and restrictions on the market. DALO has prepared a range of questions in this Request for Information (RFI), which DALO would like to gain information on. The questions are divided into the following categories: - Information regarding the company - Commercial and legal aspects - Technical aspects Description of the acquisition DALO needs to buy new training equipment (resistance training machines/racks/platforms (stationary products), moveable training equipment and training accessories as well as cardiovascular equipment) and services and maintenance for the Danish Ministry of Defence, the Danish Defence, the Home Guard (Hjemmeværnet), and the Danish Emergency Management Agency (Beredskabsstyrelsen). Also, DALO needs to buy training rigs and container gyms/rigs and add-ons for training rigs and container gyms/rigs. The agreement shall also cover spare parts for new training equipment, training rigs and container gyms/rigs, which are necessary for the continued functioning of the products and the performance of service and maintenance of both existing and new training equipment. The Services performed shall be carried out on addresses in Denmark. The training equipment, training rigs and container gyms/rigs will be used by all types of units covering both land and sea. The users of the training equipment, training rigs and container gyms/rigs range from novices, basic training units to the training of elite units. The RFI can be found in Ethics Sourcing Services.
