Additional Agreement: M-Files Collaboration and Documentation Management

The Norwegian Public Roads Administration (Statens vegvesen) intends to enter into a supplementary contract with its existing suppliers, NettPost AS in collaboration with M-Files Oy, for the M-Files content management platform. This procurement concerns an extended use of M-Files across a larger part of the organization and more comprehensive document management, including licenses, data storage, and assistance with customization and implementation. M-Files is currently used by the Norwegian Public Roads Administration to support key areas of its core operations. The solution is utilized for collaboration and management of technical documentation in road operation and maintenance and is being implemented for collaboration and document management in construction projects. The Norwegian Public Roads Administration recognizes the need to adapt the solution to meet internal additional requirements and regulatory demands for long-term document management within the platform.
