Additional agreement: M-Files interaction and documentation management.

The Norwegian Public Roads Administration intends to enter into an additional contract with the existing supplier, M-Files OY of the M-Files content management platform system. The procurement concerns the increased use of M-Files for a larger part of the business and more comprehensive documentation management in the form of licences, data storage as well as assistance with adaptation and implementation. M-Files is in use by the Norwegian Public Roads Administration as support for central parts of the core activity. The system is used for interaction and management of technical documentation in the operation and maintenance of roads, and is being implemented for interaction and documentation management in development projects. The Norwegian Public Roads Administration sees that there is a need to adapt the system to meet internal additional needs and regulatory requirements for managing documentation in the system over time.
