Architectural services - HDO-residences and a Health Service Building

The assignment mainly involves architect services as described in the tender documentation, in forb. with the construction of a new health service building for municipal services, 14 HDO residences and the outdoor area with foot paths at Doktormyra in Drangedal municipality. These buildings shall be planned and executed in connection, either as one building or two distinct, but closely connected to each other. In addition an option shall be included for the construction of an extra wing for other businesses, such as dental services, hairdressers, foot therapists, private physiotherapists or other businesses. The draft/preliminary project shall also show a schematic/general proposal (from ARK and LARK) for private residential construction in the area. The project shall be planned and carried out as a "main contract". Development work for the area was initiated in January 2024 and is expected to be completed/approved in spring 25 January 2024.
