The contract includes works on national roads in accordance with the attached reports 'Overview of asphalt contracts' and 'Quantity summary and list of sections'. The contractor is responsible for familiarising himself with the sections in the contract before the start-up. Options The contract includes a contract point marked with an option. See D1.4 "list of stretches and table of amounts". This is the contract point that can be executed if a change in grant or price level gives the builder room to trigger one or several contract points marked with an option. The builder decides which points will be given with the option for execution. All points in D1.4 are included in the tender sum. If the option for one or several points is triggered by 1 August, the deadline extension does not apply. The option triggered after 1 August gives a right to an extension of the deadline.
