This competition relates to the establishment of a single-party framework agreement for the provision of Out of the Box SaaS for Intellectual Property Management Software with one Economic Operator. Thereafter that Economic Operator being entitled to be considered for all contracts within the scope of the framework. Atlantic Technological University wishes to acknowledge that the subject matter of this procurement is funded by Enterprise Ireland KT Boost Programme is co-funded by the Government of Ireland and the European Union under two European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) Regional Programmes - the Southern, Eastern and Midland Regional Programme 2021-2027 and the Northern and Western Regional Programme 2021-2027.
