Provision of Consultancy Services for the design and development, planning, detailed design, tendering, construction contract management, handover and associated services for a flood relief scheme to protect 8 private residential properties near Ballinhassig, County Cork. The consultancy services required include preliminary design, hydrological and hydraulic modelling, environmental assessment and reporting, health and safety management, compilation of planning submission, detailed design, tender submission for construction contract, construction contract management, compilation of handover documentation on completion of project and all other services as detailed in the Project Brief.
