A multi-part scalable battery system is to be commissioned for the Fraunhofer IGP site in Warnemünde, which will store the test bench energy at the site electrically (similar to a port shore power system) and partly function as a test bench component of a maritime powertrain. On the one hand, a mobile battery container (1) is to be installed, which will serve as the main storage unit and have a storage capacity of at least 300 kWh. On the other hand (2), battery racks are to be procured as part of a test bench platform with a storage capacity of at least 100 kWh. The commissioned service includes assistance with the integration, design, manufacture, assembly, delivery, and commissioning of the battery racks.
