Boggirevisjon Flytoget type 71

All bogies shall be revised (overhauled) for each 2.4 mill km in accordance with the maintenance programme for Flytog type 71. Flytoget would like to procure a total audit of all the bogies, total 128 units, at one and the same supplier. The procurement includes a total delivery including all inbound parts and transport to/from Flytoget ́s maintenance base in Lodalen Oslo. The procurement also includes some options for the extent of the work. The Airport Express Train shall overhaul all running and operating bogs for type 71'. The overhaul consists of control, replacement of parts, crack searching, partial lacquering of components, replacement of wearing parts etc. This is in accordance with instructions. Due to the spreading of km for each individual boggi, the duration of the agreement is estimated to be six years. The procurement also includes corrective repairs, such as change orders, to the degree that they naturally belong under the scope of the audit.
