Buzzing schools: engaging youth on pollinator conservation through learning ecosystems

The contract will foster youth engagement on pollinator conservation and thereby support the implementation of the revised EU Pollinators Initiative.Specifically, it will 1) develop a toolkit for embedding pollinator conservation into the curricula of upper primary and secondary schools, and 2) utilise the concept of learning ecosystems, as well as new technologies, such as virtual reality, in the development of the toolkit, as well as to identify/create pathways for youth-led actions for pollinators and nature in communities, connecting formal and non-formal education. This contract is part of the implementation of the European Parliament's Pilot Project 'Youth for pollinators'.
