TENDER REF: 11/2026 NMANDD PEACEPLUS 3.2 Language School Support Programme. Competent Consultancy companies are hereby invited to tender to design, develop and deliver a Minority Community Support Programme. Which will run Cultural Language Schools across all DEAs in Summer 2026 and 2027, giving children aged 6 to11 fifteen hours of inclusive, culturally rich activities that celebrate diversity and remove barriers to participation. Through language-based workshops, cultural sharing, and a family celebration event, the programme will build confidence, promote understanding, and strengthen the visibility of minority and hard to reach communities.
