Call-off contract for land transport of material/prefab elements and handling on site

Description du marché

Minimum 5-year framework agreement (with the possibility to extend the contract 3 times 1 year) with maximum 2 operators for the delivery of services, transport in Belgium and also sometimes outside Belgium but in EU of materials and prefab elements (components of gas stations) and handling of these materials and components on site. On site means on existing gas stations as well as new sites under construction. As most of the materials and components are for high pressure gas transport, their weights are high. Vehicles and equipments such as cranes must be foreseen for this type of particular freight. Staff members must be well trained, certified and the fleet must be adapted for this particular scope of work .
