Camera system for short- and midwave infrared region (wavelength band of 1.5 – 5.0 µm or wider) equipped with fast spinning filter wheel synchronized with frame capturing. The camera system shall be capable of measuring with image resolution of 640x512 pixels or better, at seven (7) or more wavelength bands and at least 40 frames per second per wavelength band during a single recording. Secondly the camera system shall enable measuring through a single filter when the wheel is not spinning 320 frames per second. Camera system shall contain broadband optics with horizontal field of views 20 °, 10 °, 5 ° and 2,5 ° with tolerance of ± 20 %. The camera system shall contain an internal or a local memory allowing at least 120 seconds long full frame and full bit resolution measurements with frame capturing speed of 320 frames per second or faster. The camera system is applied to measure the radiometric images of the end-user vehicles and platforms, test and evaluate the performance of different kind of products in acceptance tests, and other relating experiments. The camera system is used indoor and outdoor conditions and it needs to be protected against water and dust at the minimum level of IP54. The camera system is expected to be in operational use from year 2025 to 2032. Annual operation time is approximately 400 hours. The delivery time of the camera from the order to the delivery shall not exceed eight (8) months. All Products shall be delivered to the Customer by 29.8.2025 (including the site acceptance tests in Finland) .
