IFE NUK refers to the announced competition in Mercell case number NUK20205 0008.Vi apologises for announcing that the competition is cancelled, cf. the Public Procurement Regulations (the Procurement Regulations) § 25-4 first section. The cancellation is due to the fact that a significant error has been discovered in the tender documentation. IFE NUK is not a legal contract party for the relevant procurement. NND (Norwegian Nuclear Decommissioning) owns the contract owner and is responsible for the implementation of the competition. The error cannot be corrected within the limits of the current regulations. In accordance with § 25-4 first section, the contracting authority can cancel a competition when there is a justifiable reason. In this case there is an error that cannot be corrected without cancelling and possibly re-announcing the competition. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause to affected tenderers.
