The municipalities and Østfold University College would like to hire vehicles that are used by their employees during the day, with an option for renting the vehicles to inhabitants in the evening/weekend. The offered system can also be a combination of these systems. The contracting authority would like to enter into a contract with 1 tenderer per participant for this, shall: - Make parts vehicles available for inhabitants in the surrounding area when these are not used by the contracting authority itself. - Contributes to optimising the use of vehicles in services.
